Duties and taxes

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Returns

Send us an email within 14 days after receiving your package at delphine@knitsbydellie.com including your order number, name and reason for your return. Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery.
